Students registering for SMW ONLINE Group Classes must currently be taking private lessons with a Suzuki-trained teacher,
and have previous group class experience. If you have questions, please contact our Program Coordinator.

    Informed Consent, Permission and Waiver of Claim 
    I, the undersigned parent/guardian agree that the SMW, its teachers, parent board and parent volunteers will not be held liable for any injury to the student and any accompanying individuals who attend lessons or other musical events as a result of enrolment in this program. I acknowledge that communication will be done primarily via email and agree to such under the Spam Legislation Act. The SMW will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property at any time. I understand that the SMW will not be responsible for the care of my child, before, during or after any scheduled SMW events.

    Payment and Cancellation Policies 
    All fees are non-refundable. NSF cheques are subject to an administration fee of $25. All fees and dates are noted on our website.
