NEW FAMILIES: Before registering for Suzuki Music Winnipeg (SMW) group classes, you must secure weekly private lessons with a SMW teacher.

Volunteer Information

Suzuki Music Winnipeg relies on volunteerism within our community. Our Board of Directors meets online for one hour approximately 8 times a year. If you are interested in joining the board, please choose Board Member below and we will reach out with more information.

Policies

Informed Consent, Permission and Waiver of Claim
I, the undersigned parent/guardian agree that the SMW, its teachers, parent board and parent volunteers will not be held liable for any injury or illness to the student and any accompanying individuals who attend lessons or other musical events as a result of enrolment in this program.

I acknowledge that communication will be done primarily via email and agree to such under the Spam Legislation Act. The SMW will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property at any time.

I understand and agree to programming delivered in-person, or online through Zoom, in whole or in part, at the discretion of SMW, and accept that events may be cancelled or postponed, and that there will be no refunds for any changes.

I understand that the SMW will not be responsible for the care of my child, before, during or after any scheduled SMW events.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
Notification of withdrawal must be received prior to the withdrawal deadline and will be subject to an administration fee. After the withdrawal deadline all fees are non-refundable. All NSF cheques are subject to an administration fee. All fees and dates are noted on our website.

If the application is approved, you be notified by August 20th, and adjusted tuition will be due August 30th.
